Cleaning services are required 3 days a week, Monday, Wednesday and Friday, every week for the life of the contract. Contractor will be expected to spend no less than 2 hours each day at the facility to allow for ample time for proper cleaning services to be performed and the daily walk-through with the Contract Manager prior to ending each cleaning. If it is found during the daily walk-through that services were not done to Contract Manager expectations, the Contractor will be expected to complete the task before leaving the premises for the day. If Contractor is found to be non-compliant, liquidated damages will be assessed and payment reduced for that cleaning. No exceptions, substitutions or rearranging of days.
