2.3.1.Portable Service Monitors, quantity ten (10) 2.3.1.1. DPS seeks radio test instruments that include comprehensive digital and analog Land Mobile Radio (LMR) testing and the ability to measure important RF network characteristics, including Distance to Fault (DTF), Return Loss, and Voltage Standing Wave Ratio (VSWR) with the ability to display advanced RF parameters in a Smith Chart. At a minimum, the service monitors must include the Meters and Instruments listed below: 2.3.1.1.1. Meters: Power, SINAD/Distortion, Frequency Counter, Received Signal Strength, Digital Voltmeter, FM Deviation, Frequency Error, RF Scan 2.3.1.1.2. Instruments: Vector Network Analyzer (6GHz), Spectrum Analyzer, Measurement Receiver, Signal Generator, Oscilloscope (50 kHz bandwidth), Modulation Scope, Cable Fault Locator, Tracking Generator 2.3.1.2. Detailed desired functional requirements are specified in attachment ‘Exhibit 1’. If the devices proposed by the vendor do not meet any of these desired requirements, the vendor must specify that. If there is an optional charge to update the base model of the monitors to meet these requirements, the vendor should specify that separately.
