The purpose of the Agreement is to provide for the collection, transport and disposal of Residential Solid Waste containerized at certain Condominium Complexes that the City services where specialized equipment is needed to collect the containerized waste. 19.2.2. Site Inventory and Pickup Schedule 19.2.2.1. Contractor shall collect, transport and dispose of containerized Residential Solid Waste from those Condominium Complexes listed in and on the schedule set forth in the DPW Site Inventory and Pickup Schedule, a copy of which has been provided to Contractor. 19.2.2.2. The City may add to or remove from the Site Inventory and Pickup Schedule the number of Condominium Complexes or the Unit Count, or change the collection schedule, as necessary or desirable at City's sole discretion. Contractor shall honor such additions, deletions and changes with the understanding that no quantity of work is guaranteed or should be implied, and no claim may be made relative to the extent of any additions or deletions requested by the City. 19.2.2.3. Whenever possible, Contractor shall keep and maintain a database of contract names, telephone numbers and email addresses for each Condominium Complex.
