Vendor shall provide quality aviation petroleum lubricants, quality aviation repair parts, and qualified aviation mechanics to perform routine aircraft maintenance for the ISP fixed wing aircraft to ensure aircraft are in a safe and airworthy condition. The ISP reserves the right to inspect and evaluate the parts and services provided for quality and to ensure parts at being purchased at a competitive price. All work performed and materials used must be in compliance with 14 CFR regulations. Inspections of aircraft, engines, propellers, rotors, and accessories will be performed by FAA certified mechanics. All repairs, other than routine maintenance, will be authorized by the Bureau Chief, Chief Pilot, or designee. Maintenance shall include, but not be limited to, the following: 1.2.1. Routine maintenance, pitot-static certification, non-routine repairs, repair to any system on the aircraft as a result of normal wear and tear or as a result of an unexpected failure of any system. 1.2.2. Systems which can be repaired include (but are not limited to) landing gear, flaps, fuel, electrical, lighting, pitot-static, vacuum, avionics, cabin pressurization, environmental, aerodynamic, airframe, exterior (paint, decals, markings, etc.), interior (door panels, handles, latches, seatbelts, seat covers, carpet, headliner, lighting, etc.) and flight control surface/system repairs. Maintenance shall include any Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) as needed and engine repair, overhaul, or replacement as needed. Engine repair shall include all accessories and equipment mounted to the engine (i.e., propeller governor, propeller, starter ring gear support, oil cooler, magnetos, fuel servo, fuel flow divider, starter, vacuum pump, alternator, heater, graphic engine monitor, etc.)...
