Memorial Healthcare System has a need for a comprehensive technology and operational solution to facilitate both a tissue tracking and a point of use inventory management operational need. Tissue tracking is currently manually managed. Point of use systems in place today may remain and later replaced by the ultimate long-term solution chosen, but those currently in use are Pyxis supply stations of varying configuration. Participating vendors are required to carefully review and respond to the accompanying mandatory technical response RFP template. While MHS desires a combined solution, if technically feasible and currently available, this RFP may yield that MHS’s need(s) may only be met by unique and separate investment in solutions, to include hardware, software and design, configuration and implementation services. This Request for Proposal (RFP) is considered an invitation to propose such a solution, or solutions, for the goods and services referenced herein. MHS reserves the right to modify or waive Terms and Conditions of the RFP and the description of the Goods and Services, and how they are to be provided, and to withdraw this Request in part or in its entirety.
