The scope of services requested by the City of St. Louis Park covers a wide spectrum of investment advisory services, including but not limited to: • Analyzing and advising the finance staff regarding investment strategy, reallocation of assets and investment performance, including liquidity analysis • Executing securities purchases and/or sales with approved brokers/dealers in accordance with the city’s financial management policy • Customizing benchmarks to assess fund performance • Establishing strategic asset allocation • Revising and advising on investment policies • Reviewing the city’s financial management policy annually, providing written comments and recommended changes • Ensuring adherence to the requirements of MN Statutes Chapter 118A (Deposit and Investment of Local Public Funds) and other applicable state and federal laws
