The following are objectives of the RFP project: Ability to provide a financially competitive proposal for the identified benefits with a minimum three-year rate/fee guarantee. Offer excellent customer service to University of Oklahoma’s employees as it pertains to its complex multi-tier plan administration. Quality account management to University of Oklahoma with professional, timely and flexible resolution of issues. A strong partner who will help University of Oklahoma achieve their goals and strategic vision. Vendors will be asked to submit their responses to this RFP for review. Following response submission, University of Oklahoma will reduce the potential vendors to a short list based on an evaluation using the following selection criteria. The short list of vendors may be requested to validate or revise certain elements of their RFP response, and/or attend a finalist meeting. After these processes have been completed, University of Oklahoma’s decision will be made based on its judgment as to the vendor(s) who offer(s) the most attractive proposal in terms of price, quality and experience and the vendor(s) who University of Oklahoma believes has the greatest potential to work with as a partner on a long-term basis.
