The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals from qualified professional firms interested in providing self-insured medical only coverage administered at a high service level and in the most cost-effective manner possible to the OU’s active employees, COBRA members, and pre-65 retirees. OU is carving out pharmacy and running a concurrent RFP for a PBM. This RFP outlines the requirements that must be met and solicits data that will be used to complete the self-insured medical evaluation. For your organization’s proposal to be fully considered, it is important that you follow the instructions outlined in this “Read Me First” and please respond to the Intent to Bid by February 13, 2025, and final proposal for RFP by March 11, 2025 by 2:00 pm CT.
