Martin County is soliciting bids from licensed Contractors for cleaning, repairing, and TV monitoring of wastewater sewers, manholes, and lift stations. The scope of work also includes Cured-in-Place-Pipe (CIPP) manhole repair and Vac-Con truck and pump truck services on an as-needed basis. The successful bidder shall provide all labor, materials, and services necessary for wastewater collection line cleaning to ensure compliance with Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) standards. The bidder must demonstrate the ability to provide on-call services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Work performed under this contract may be funded through state and/or federal grants, including those provided by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). Therefore, the successful Contractor(s) must comply with all applicable local, state and federal regulations and guidelines.
