The contractor shall furnish all work, services, materials, and related items necessary to complete the work specified. The work includes, but is not limited to, the following: i. Provide Commercial and Residential Fire Damage Restoration ii. Provide Commercial and Residential Air Vent and Duct Cleaning iii. Provide Commercial and Residential Mold Remediation iv. Provide Commercial and Residential Biohazard Clean Up v. Provide Commercial and Residential Insurance Claim Restoration vi. Provide when requested Emergency Responses to Fire, Flood or other Disasters. This includes Safety Inspections, Site Containments, Board-Up/Fencing, water extraction, Structural Drying and Dehumidification, Corrosion Control, Temporary Structural Supports, Temporary Roofing. vii. All services should be done in accordance with environmental concerns observed. viii. Each responder shall provide all certifications, industry affiliations, and other documentation showing their qualifications for being a disaster remediation contractor. ix. Contractor shall visit the site(s) and thoroughly acquaint their staff with all conditions incidental to completion of the work specified. Failure to inspect or to include in the bid all the work specified will not relieve the Contractor of complying with these specifications in their entirety and performing all the work specified in each Task Order / Purchase Order.
