400 HOUR Excavator w/Bucket and Grapple with Operator; Excavator must be a minimum of 145 HP and equipped with a dirt and rock bucket or a grapple attachment. 25 HOUR Excavator w/Hammer with Operator; Excavator must be a minimum of 145 HP and equipped with a hoe-ram/rock hammer/impact breaker with minimum 5000ft/lbf (Impact Energy Class). 2000 HOUR Excavator w/Long Reach Boom with Operator; Excavator must be a minimum 150 HP and equipped with a minimum 60 ft long reach boom with 1 CY minimum bucket. The equipment shall be furnished in excellent mechanical working condition, in good general appearance, (free of human graphic art), and be approved for use by Department personnel. The equipment shall be furnished fully operated with one (1) operator (with the exception of the light plants) and with all maintenance and repairs including fuel and lubrication necessary for its operation. The vendor is not required to own all pieces of equipment, but must be able to readily provide each piece on contract when requested.
