The Board of County Commissioners of the County of Warren, New Jersey, wish to develop a pool of qualified inspectors for use on various anticipated road, drainage, culvert, and bridge projects over the next two years as funding becomes available and on emergency projects as needed. The Qualification Statements will be submitted and evaluated for two categories as follows: 1. Reconstruction and Repair of County Roads and Drainage – These projects are usually in the $200,000 to $1,500,000 range and may include work by developers or utilities under County Highway Construction Permits. 2. Reconstruction and Repair of County Bridges and Culverts – These projects are usually in the $250,000 to $1,500,000 range and may require full time or part time inspection.
