A. The work will be done under one prime contract that includes: General, Mechanical, Demolition, Excavation, Civil, and Electrical construction. B. The following summary is a general guide to the scope of work. It should not be construed as a detailed list of work included in the contract. 1. New one story, 7,225 square foot building, to be utilized as a warehouse. There will be a small office area, approximately 1,070 square feet, to house 2-3 full-time staff, with an employee toilet and break room. Inside the warehouse portion, a storage mezzanine of 1,785 square feet will occupy the center of the building. A mechanical platform on the mezzanine level above the offices is also included and is open to the warehouse area.
