The Foundation will develop, operationalize, and maintain the governance structure for TRAX, including convening stakeholders, formalizing agreements, and ensuring compliance with state and federal policies. I. Convene and facilitate the TRAX Executive Governance Team hereafter, EGT). The Foundation will: A. Convene the core group of Washington Healthcare Forum (hereafter, the Forum) organization representatives B. Maintain an up-to-date list of Forum organization representatives to the TRAX EGT C. Set and maintain a regular schedule of EGT meetings with a minimum of 10 per year or as otherwise determined by the EGT D. Identify EGT member agenda items in advance of each meeting and share agenda at least one week in advance E. Record and distribute meeting minutes, ensuring transparency and continuity. F. Maintain ongoing communication with EGT members between meetings to capture input, finalize agreements, and provide governance updates. Please note: This is a Sole Source Notification.
