Demolish the existing trellis structure, concrete slab and provide a new 600SF area of enclosed multi-purpose room space. Provide new CMU exterior walls with concrete pilasters to match existing building. The 600SF addition shall have a cathedral-sloped ceilings with matching exterior metal roofing panel system. Provide steel frames and hollow metal doors with exit hardware. Windows shall be security screened aluminum jalousie windows with fixed glass aluminum framed windows at the gable end of the addition Prep and paint interior and exterior walls, ceilings and soffits of Multi-Purpose Building Addition only. Exterior site work shall include providing parking lot ramp, accessible route to the building to meet ADAAG compliance. Interior finishes shall match the existing multi-purpose room finishes of paint and VCT resilient flooring system. Acoustical sound panels shall be included in the finishes.
