Said Proposal shall include all labor, tools, implements, machinery, materials, and any incidentals necessary to complete the work in the manner and time prescribed, and in strict conformity with the Contract Documents to the satisfaction of the City Engineer. In general, the major work items include: Rapid set slurry seal and mill and overlay operations on City of Reno streets and parking lots, pavement patching, removal and replacement of pedestrian ramps, placing pavement markings, traffic control, and public relations activities, and other miscellaneous work as outlined in the plans and specifications.
