- Pre bid site meeting is MANDATORY - Three separate bids for three separate projects. - Asphalt overlay of Hawk Drive and striping - New asphalt installation in the Field House parking lot striping - Crack repair, sealing, and striping of the Intermediate front parking lot and car lane - Prospective bidders are responsible for their own measurements. - Pave with MODot State approved BP-1 hot mix asphalt and compatch to 3 inches - Tack Coat: Emulsified asphalt (SS-1H or CSS-1H) applied - Mill butt joints on both ends of the Hawk Drive overlay. - Create smooth transitions around manhole covers and plumbing ports. - Hawk drive overlay will be widen and tapered - Ensure new asphalt and overlaid asphalt has slope to ensure water runoff away from buildings. Add curbs as needed to assist in directing water run off. - Ensure sites are properly cleaned of excess material once the project is completed.
