The Village, in consideration of the undertaking of the Contractor and the faithful accomplishment of the work, agrees to pay the Contractor the sum price for work performed after submission of invoices, upon acceptance by the corporate authorities of the Village, and in accordance with the Local Government Prompt Payment Act (50 ILCS 505/). The Scope of Work for this project includes the lining of existing pool piping with Cured‐in‐Place Pipe (CIPP) lining at the Hinsdale Community Pool Diving Well. The location and dimensions for the location are listed in the Bid Proposal section of the bid documents and in Exhibit J. The Village is soliciting all‐inclusive lump sum pricing for the CIPP lining project. The bidder shall include costs for labor, materials and all other incidental items needed in order to complete the project.
