Storefront windows are glazed with 1" Standard Grey, Bronze, or Light Green Tint and will include solar ban 60 Low E tempered insulated glass. Institution requests insulated glass to carry ten-year manufacturer's seal failure material warranty Exterior perimeters only to be sealed with Tremco Spectrum 2 sealant. Upon completion, inspection of the product will be made by the Facilities point of contact for the Institution, and if found defective or fails in any way to meet the terms of this agreement, funds may be withheld until corrections are made.
