1. Provide all necessary equipment, tools, supplies, and support necessary to provide preventative maintenance, certify, and repair all biosafety cabinets listed on quotation schedule. 2. Conduct Preventative Maintenance (PM) annually to biosafety cabinets, including but not limited to: • Changing HEPA filters, UV lights. • Annual testing and certification • Providing a list of any deficiencies found that will require correction or repairs to any equipment that will be necessary for the equipment to be recertified to regulatory compliance within 48 hours of inspection. 3. Perform recertification after necessary repairs or relocations within 48 hours after request from TTC. 4. Provide sufficient trained personnel to perform the services specified and maintain that level of trained personnel throughout the term of the contract.
