The Pesticides Branch requires services to enhance and build upon the current Pesticides Licensing Portal application. Specifically, the Department requests development for: 1) The ability to search by inputting the EPA registration number and/or sub-registrant number for the following areas: Licensed products report, chemical products listing, special local needs product listing, experimental use permit product listing, exempted experimental use permit product listing, section 18 product listing, company product listing, and agent product listing; 2) Consolidation of all product notifications associated with an agent into one email for the following: devices - first approval, chemical first approval, chemical - discontinue notice 1, chemical - discontinue notice 2, chemical - discontinue notice 3, chemical - renewal; 3) Update the agent workflow to allow an agent for one company to also be a consultant for another company; 4) Allos agents to also be consultants; 5) Add a product list tab for active ingredients; 6) Add details to the log entries in recent activities to state status changes in the product and company detail pages; 7) Add a checkbox for "waive fee" and a comment box for notes; 8) Add a tab/sectioin for certificates for products, where all certificates generated for that product will be avaialble; 9) Add document upload functionality to the company detail page, with company name change, agent change, and other; 10) Add a payment history tab where associated payment numbers, transaction dates, payment amounts, and payment types are available on the product detail page; 11) Allow staff to change the company on the Edit Product page. Generate a new certificate with the updated company name and license number and send the certificate via email. Please include relevant experience with government pesticides registration and licensing systems in an attachment. Relevant experience may be used to assist HDOA with responsible, responsive bidder verification.
