The work generally consists of the restoration of storm damage at the Central Office Complex Child Nutrition/ Instructional Supplies Warehouse Building ‘D’ and Maintenance Department Warehouse Building ‘F’. The Project includes removal and replacement of the existing, approximate 5,330 Square Foot Gravel Surfaced Built-up Roofing System on Building ‘D’ along with removal and replacement of the existing, approximate 6,200 sq. ft. Smooth Surfaced Built-up Roof System on Building F. The Project includes all necessary Sheet Metal Flashing and Trim, incidental wood fascia and trim repair, painting and other ancillary work as noted on the drawings. The Project will be strictly phased and scheduled to allow for full occupancy and use of the facilities by the Staff and Public.
