Project Index: 1) Project 1 - Site 1: SP2597 - Citywide Drainage Improvement Project. Site 1: a. 10th St & Colorado Ave Project 1 - Site 4: Citywide Drainage Improvement Project. Site 4: b. 1339 &1343 26th St Project 1 - Site 5: Citywide Drainage Improvement Project. Site 5: c. 4th St between Idaho Ave to California Ave, d. 5th St between Idaho Ave to California Ave and e. California Ave between 5th St and 4th St i. All work on California Ave shall be completed prior to paving scope in Project 2. 2) Project 2: SP2670 - California Avenue Pavement Reconstruction: a. California Ave between Ocean Ave and 7th Street b. Contractor shall complete all construction work within 270 calendar days of total contract time. c. The Traffic Control Plan at all times, shall close one block at a time along California Avenue. d. The demolition and reconstruction of median curbs shall be completed block by block. The contractor must fully reconstruct the median curbs within a block before proceeding to demolish the curbs in the next block. e. Contractor shall not construct all four ramps of an intersection at one time. Contractor shall always maintain the directional access to a single side of the street. f. Removal of existing A.C., P.C.C., curb or combined curb and gutter and the construction of new improvements shall be done on one side of the street at a time. 3) Project 3: SP2699 - Annual Alley Improvement Project – SP2699: a. Berkeley Court between Nebraska Ave and Franklin St b. 12th Court between Santa Monica Blvd and Broadway 4) Project 4: SP2699 - Metro Bike Path Improvement Project: a. On Metro Bike Path (adjacent to Olympic Blvd) between 26th St and Stewart Ave 5) Project 5: SP2691 - Colorado Avenue Protected Bikeway: a. Colorado Ave between 4th Ct and 17th St. b. Contractor shall follow the project phasing requirements for nighttime work in the Temporary Traffic Control plans included the contract drawings. c. To ensure safety, developers, utility companies, and other third parties must consult with Metro for development, construction, and maintenance activities occurring within 100 feet from Metro right-of-way (ROW). Additionally, any personnel working within the Metro safety zone must complete Metro’s Track Safety Certification Course, valid for one year, and follow all track access procedures, including obtaining required work permits and attending weekly track allocation meetings. Refer to the Metro Adjacent Development Handbook for the project development review process and safety guidelines (appendix A). d. All scope of work shall be completed prior to February 1, 2026. 6) Project 6: SP2712 - 17th Street Drainage Repairs a. 17th St between Delaware Ave and I-10 Freeway. b. Contractor shall complete all construction work within 120 calendar days of total contract time.
