Water operator and compliance sampling support The awarded vendor will provide compliance sampling services and serve as Operator of Record for the entire length of the resulting contract from this bid solicitation. Site Visits Weekly site visits to perform quality control testing for disinfection of byproducts and review daily bench calibration and testing procedures. Monthly site visits to collect disinfection byproduct residual and total coliform samples for submittal to a Nevada Certified laboratory for analysis by EPA 300.0 (chlorite) and Standard Methods 9223B (total coliform). Quarterly site visits to collect eight (8) legionella samples for submittal to a Nevada Certified laboratory for analysis by ISO 11731 Legionella (CYE) culture and disinfection byproduct sample (total Trihalomethanes and Haloacetic acids) for submittal to a Nevada Certified laboratory for analysis by EPA 524.2 and EPA 552.3, respectively. Semi-annual site visits to collect ten (10) lead and copper samples by EPA 200.8. Completion and filing of all regulatory compliance reports by awarded contractor which occur monthly, quarterly, annually, notice of exceeding permit to NDEP, Public Notice, Etc. The awarded vendor shall provide copies of all documents filed with any Federal, State, and County agencies filed on behalf of the NDVS. The awarded vendor shall share all findings, analysis, and testing of water system at SNSVH. The proposal must include procurement of daily monitoring supplies (Kemio) and associated laboratory fees. Weekly development of calibration standards. If the system does not meet the operational requirements, the awarded contractor must file all the notification paperwork for the system. The awarded contractor agrees to train (2) two NDVS staff to obtain their Operator of Records certifications. The awarded vendor shall provide a training plan that will satisfy the requirements of the Nevada Department of Environmental Protection (NDEP) and the Bureau of Safe Drinking Water, Southern Nevada Health Department and the City of Boulder. The awarded vendor should provide designated trainees with any training resources that are available. The awarded vendor shall provide examples of reports used in the testing, analysis, and monitoring of the water system at SNSVH. All parties will agree on the reporting and tools required to satisfy the needs of NDVS.
