The intent of the proposed activities at the site is to remove the physical hazards that currently exist on the surface of the ground. This includes removing in its entirety any whole or partial electronics from the entire site, remove debris associated with the abandoned and broken electronics, remove the remains of the house that existed at the site. Correct any potential physical hazards that exist such as the former basement of the house at the site. The removal action is not intended to meet any state cleanup standard, rather to remove the physical hazards that remain from the scrapping activities conducted by the former owner. Not all the material may be accessible for removal using mechanical equipment. Some of the whole TVs and bare CRT tubes are intertwined with trees and other woody vegetation at the site and may require being handled by workers.
