1) Full demolition a) Remove all plumbing fixtures and temporarily cap plumbing lines b) Remove all mirrors, grab bars, soap & toilet paper dispensers c) Remove wall mounted paper towel and trash receptacle. (frame and fill void with drywall) d) Remove light fixture, frame, drywall and finish opening e) Remove all sheetrock down to studs on walls. Ceilings to remain intact f) Remove tile VCT and Ceramic floor and base, and transition down to slab *Remove and replace mud bed under floor tile, if mud bed is damaged during demolition. g) Remove existing ceiling tiles (add alternate) * h) Remove and dispose of bulletin boards (206, 208) i) add alternate for removing & replacing mud, just in case it exists. 2) Restoration a) Replace all sheetrock on walls using "green board" b) Install new wall tile up to 6' AFF, using "running bond" pattern c) Install Schluter material for transition from tile to painted wail and all other tile terminations (Including outside corners of walls) d) Install new floor tile using "Running Bond" pattern, and transition. e) Patch, sand, prime and paint hard ceiling, flat white f) Sand, Prime and paint existing ceiling grids, and install new ceiling tiles g) Sand prime and paint exhaust and return vents h) Prime and Paint walls above tile i) Install new light fixture and switch j) Prime and paint steel door frame k) Install new hardware to match existing finish l) Install isolation valve, shut off valves, supply lines and fixtures m) Install grab bars per ADA specifications n) *Replace Floor Drains (add alternate)
