Post-conditional offer psychological evaluations are conducted by doctoral-level psychologists who have deep industry knowledge and cultural awareness. The contractor shall conduct post-conditional job offer psychological evaluations, to be administered within the contract period of performance. All testing must be completed, and test results must be made available to the city within five (5) business days from the evaluation date. Within five (5) business days, vendor will send an email notification to alert a designated department employee(s) that the final post-conditional offer psychological report is ready for review via secure access electronically. The vendor should offer virtual (telepsych) as an added convenience for psychological evaluations. It’s the same quality pre-employment assessment with the convenience of an online, face-to-face clinical interview with the psychologist. Telepsych can be done from any location with a stable internet connection, is cost-effective, and provides faster scheduling options.
