Work shall conform to current MDOT, FHWA, City of Detroit and AASHTO practices, guidelines, policies, and standards (i.e., Road Design Manual, Standard Plans, Drainage Manual, Roadside Design Guide, A Policy on Geometric Design of Highways and Streets, Michigan Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices, etc. This work shall include: 1) Overall project management. 2) Facilitation, attendance, and participation in TMC operations meetings. 3) On-site staffing to support TMC operation and as needed basis staffing during extended hours of operation for special/major event. 4) Traffic signal engineering and operations support. 5) TMC hardware maintenance, including both preventive maintenance and repair services. 6) Monthly Operation Report, Daily Equipment Status Report, Documentation, work order processing. 7) ITS Network and Integration support. 8) Coordination with stakeholders. 9) Each party to this contract shall adhere to the requirements of the attached FHWA Form 1273 and will physically incorporate FHWA Form 1273 in all its subcontracts and further require its physical inclusion in all lower-tier subcontracts. The Consultant responsibilities are outlined under following tasks for successful completion of the project.
