The scope of this contract is for the demolition and proper disposal of the trade fixtures and miscellaneous structures including: 1. Parcel 15 - MS-1) Monumental business sign and 2 up-lights, approximately 7 FT x 15 FT x 10 IN on CMU/brick veneered base, approximately 8 FT x 2 FT x 1 FT 8 IN, and associated footings; 2. Parcel 61 – MS-1) Billboard on wood frame, approximately 8 FT x 16 FT on wooden posts and associated footings. Three (3) aluminum signs at entrance to shopping center reads: (WARNING) (NOTICE) (PRIVATE PARKING) installed on one post and associated footing; and 3. Parcel 64 - MS-1) Wood frame gazebo, approximately 10 FT in diameter x 12 FT in height, and any associated footings; MS-2) Wood frame decorative structure and associated footings; and MS-3) Wood frame decorative structure and associated footings. All improvements must be completely demolished and removed from their present site. All demolition debris must be removed and disposed of properly in an appropriate landfill or recycled in accordance with the provisions of the Georgia Comprehensive Solid Waste Management Act of 1990 and the Georgia Rules for Solid Waste Management Chapter 391-3-4. The work will be completed in strict accordance with the DEMOLITION TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS, Office of Right of Way, Property Management, dated April 2018. (DEMOLITION TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS).
