The work to be performed and provided under this Contract shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, safety equipment, permitting, erosion and sedimentation control measures, taxes, profit, overhead, and other costs and effort required to complete the following: Installation of 5,420 LF 24” PS115 PVC gravity sewer, 2,130 LF 24” DIP gravity sewer, associated gravity sewer manholes, and connections to the existing sewer system. The project also includes the jack and bore of Hwy 341 with 100 LF 36” steel casing. The time allotted for substantial completion of the work is 180 consecutive calendar days from the Notice to Proceed, and the time allotted for final completion of work is 210 consecutive calendar days from the Notice to Proceed. Contractor will be required to coordinate all work with the City of Perry and other utility owners who have facilities within the project corridor. The project will be managed by GWES, LLC. located at 733 Carroll Street, Perry, GA 31069, telephone number (478) 235-0307. All Work shall be completed in accordance with the plans and specifications. The Work will be awarded in one (1) Contract.
