Jefferson Transit Authority (JTA) is seeking qualified Geotechnical Consulting Services (CONSULTANTS), Bid No. 2025-05 for as needed materials testing services for a period of 3 years with the option to extend for an additional 2 years based on performance. At a minimum, services will be required for the Third Maintenance Bay Addition and Facilities Maintenance Building (PROJECTS). This solicitation addresses the selection for such work on an as-needed basis. PROJECT SCOPE The anticipated geotechnical consulting services includes, but not limited to: • On-site geotechnical services • Design services • Preparation of bid documents, including reports, drawings, and specifications as needed • Construction oversight • Observation and monitoring as needed • Preparation of required closeout documents to meet regulatory requirements
