The Consultant’s services include but are not limited to: Surveying Services: • Perform topographic survey data collection • Perform metes and bounds • Perform right of way/boundary mapping • Obtain SHA Right of Way Certification, for the project; Environmental Inventory and Assessment Services • Prepare Forest Stand Delineations and a Natural Resource Inventory/Forest Stand Delineation • Prepare forest conservation plans (if applicable) • Obtain environmental permitting approvals • Prepare and process NEPA post 30% design • Consultant must bring expertise of the endangered Long Eared Bat • Filing Maryland Department of Environment Notice of Intent (NOI) (if applicable), • Minimize tree impacts and environmental features • Environmental Site Assessments (as applicable and if required), Design Services: • Prepare Structural design(s) drawings, specifications, estimates and calculations • Consultant to prepare digital presentation materials • Prepare bicycle and pedestrian facility design • Prepare necessary calculations • Prepare specifications booklet • Prepare temporary traffic control and maintenance of traffic • Perform hydrology and hydraulic drainage design • Floodplain/MDE approvals • Prepare signing and marking plans...
