The City of Hallandale Beach is seeking bids from all interested and qualified Firms (“Proposer”) who can perform lift station rehabilitation services for use by the City of Hallandale Beach Public Works Department. The intent of the project is to rehabilitate and improve the City’s existing Lift Station # 4 located at the northeast corner of the intersection of Parkview Drive and Leslie Drive, in the City of Hallandale Beach, Florida. The project consists of, but is not limited to, the removal of two existing sanitary sewer pumps, associated piping, supports, electrical items from the existing lift station, conversion of the existing wet well to a manhole, installation of a new wet well and new submersible wastewater pumps along with the associated piping, supports, electrical items, reconnecting the new piping to the force main, installing a new gravity sewer connection from the new development to the west, and connecting the converted manhole to the new wet well.
