SCOPE OF WORK: Contractor shall provide all necessary supervision, labor, materials, tools, supplies, parts, equipment, and transportation necessary to accomplish these projects. Work shall be performed in accordance with the requirements stated herein, and as recommended by various manufacturers and suppliers. All work (hereinafter “Work”) shall be performed in an efficient, expeditious, and satisfactory manner. A. The Contractor will be required to visit the site and meet with the principal at both schools to coordinate for measurements, selection of colors, etc. B. The Contractor shall adjust his work schedule to avoid adversely impacting the operation of the school. Scheduling shall be coordinated by the Contractor with the Principal of the school or designee. C. The Contractor shall provide the manpower to move furniture, shelves, and any other furniture type items that must be removed and replaced for proper curtain installation. D. The Contractor shall also remove any existing curtain or related material and properly dispose of same, off site. E. The Contractor shall install all curtains, track, scrim, valence and masking panels per the manufacturer's requirements and specifications. F. The Contractor shall be responsible for protection of all existing finishes and building components during installation and removal. G. The Contractor shall take every precaution necessary to ensure the safety of students and staff during installation and removal procedures.
