The Board of Trustees of Chicago State University on behalf of Chicago State University’s Department of Intercollegiate Athletics (“CSU” or “University”) is seeking proposals from highly qualified prospective industry partners or entities (“Respondent” or “Vendor”) to provide team athletic apparel, footwear and accessories for its 16 team sports (7 men’s and 9 women’s) programs, spirit groups, coaches, athletic support staff on an annual basis, and wishes to enter into an exclusive Athletic Apparel Sponsorship Agreement with an apparel provider who can outfit all 16 sports programs and CSU Spirit Groups. The resulting contract will be awarded for an initial five (5) year term with the University having the option to renew at the same terms and conditions for an additional five (5) years based on satisfactory performance, continuing need and availability of funds
