2.1. Establish demand deposit accounts as may be necessary to meet the banking requirements of the District. In addition, provide three ZBAs. The concentration accounts will fund disbursements from these sub accounts automatically on a daily basis. Currently, the Cash Flow Diagram structure will require at least the accounts listed in Exhibit 1 to this Attachment. 2.2. Provide the District all the necessary software and training to access and utilize the Respondent’s systems. 2.3. Provide the District with on-line access that achieves or exceeds the safety, security and encryption standards established by the information and technology industry. 2.4. Disburse funds via wire transfer upon on-line request of an authorized person. On-line systems must have the ability to separate functional duties, such as creating a wire and sending a wire. 2.5. Accept and send ACH transactions and provide on-line notification of ACH deposits the same day. 2.6. Process direct deposit of employee payroll bi-weekly. 2.7. Provide automated on-line balance reporting services for all the District accounts. Available information should include: closing ledger, closing collected, opening ledger, opening collected, float, previous day debit and credit detail (including bankcard deposits, ZBA transfers), and ACH credit and debit detail 2.8. Provide the ability to place on line stop payments and on-line access to information on cleared and stop payment checks. 2.9. Provide monthly activity statements and reports for all accounts. These statements will include a monthly account analysis. The statement cutoff should be the last day of the month. Statements must be sent by no later than the 10th of the following month. The District is interested in on-line month end statements for both bank account activity and for Analysis statements. 2.10. Provide the District with the ability to retrieve images on-line.
