Phase I: Scope includes procurement, permitting and placement of temporary administration trailer to be placed in the ED parking lot. Will require power and data connections. Staff will need to be relocated prior to work starting in the ED and will occupy the trailer for the duration of the project. Permitting timeline for trailer is estimated at ninety calendar days. There will be a pause in work until trailer is permitted and delivered. Phase I will need to be completed, inspected and authorized by Owner prior to beginning the next phase. Phase II cannot begin until ED staff have fully relocated into temporary administration trailer. Phase II: Convert the existing administration space within the ED into a Low Acuity Patient Treatment Area (LAPTA). Scope includes construction of partitions, plumbing, electrical work, integration into the nurse call system, modifications to the HVAC system and waiting area. Phase II will need to be completed, inspected and authorized by owner for occupancy prior to beginning the next phase. Phase III: Convert existing space to accommodate ED administration offices and conference rooms. Scope includes electrical, data, partition construction, and HVAC adjustments. Includes removal of the administration trailer at completion of the project
