Description of Service/Commodity Details: Two (2) UTV Fire-fighting QTAC HP125 Skid Unit including: 85-gallon poly water tank w/3-gallon foam cell. 9 hp electric start Honda engine w/electric start. Suspension upgrade to handle suppression unit w/water (Must be approved by Can AM to not void the warranty). Professional fire pump (Waterax Versax 6) with Stainless steel plumbing must be able to draft up to 19’ vertically. Foam System-around the pump preferred. Hannay hose reel with electric rewind, 75’ of ¾” Goodyear booster hose w/bulls-eye nozzle, and electric rewind. Service: Units to be upfitted at DNR facility-Rose Lake Fire Office, 9870 Stoll Rd. Haslett, MI 48840, by certified upfitting technician, State will need one week lead time to make sure both units are on site. Upfitting to include tank placement/securing, all electrical hookups and suspension upgrades Upfitting vendor will ensure that the complete suppression package with water /foam and engine fluids will not exceed the manufactures 1000# bed capacity weight limit. Units may be delivered to Rose Lake Facility prior to upfitting-facility has Hi-lo and dock facilities.
