The scope of work for the turf replacement at Springs Brooks Stadium field includes, but not limited to, removal of all natural and artificial turf at and around the field, removal of pitcher’s mound, removal of clay infield as needed in order to re-grade, removal of warning track material, removal of bullpen artificial turf. All areas will be laser grading meeting proper slopes for drainage. Construction includes bringing entire playing surface back to grade, installation of new artificial turf around perimeter of field (home plate, foul territories), add Chanticleer logo behind home plate in artificial turf, install 16” turf ring around pitcher’s mound, install new DuraEdge Professional clay at pitchers’ mound, reset all valves boxes and tarp drain boxes in field, rebuild pitcher’s mound per NCAA regulations, install new artificial turf in bullpens. Sod for both infield and outfield shall be Northbridge (certified) in large rolls. Contractor shall also run electrical conduits and set electrical boxes within artificial turf and behind pitcher’s mound. Wiring by owner.
