Sealed Bids for the Crestwood School District – Crestwood Safety & Educational Improvement project will be received online via the PennBid Program by Crestwood School District until February 19, 2025, at 1:00 P.M. (prevailing time). Bids will be publicly announced and may be awarded at the February 27, 2025, School Board meeting. A Mandatory Pre-Bid meeting will be held on February 12, 2025, at 3:45 PM. Bid results will be available online at http://PennBid.bonfirehub.com following the meeting. All Bidding Documents are available at no cost at http://PennBid.bonfirehub.com THE SUCCESSFUL BIDDER will be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory Performance and Payment Bonds, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Price with a corporate surety approved by the Owner or approved equal. Attention is called to the fact that no less than the PA Prevailing minimum salaries and wages as set forth in the Contract Documents must be paid on this project and that the Contractor must ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their race, age, color, religion, sex, ancestry, national origin, or handicap.
