SCOPE: The Daviess County Sheriff's Office is seeking a qualified vendor to provide one (1) new full size 4WD SUV. II. DELIVERY: Delivery will be made to the Daviess County Sheriff’s Department, 212 St. Ann Street, Owensboro, KY 42303. III. MANUALS: Operator and Maintenance manuals shall be delivered with the equipment. IV. MACHINE EQUIVALENCY CLAUSE: The bid specifications in Section 2.1; VI are specific to a Chevrolet Tahoe 4WD unit. Any mention of a particular brand or proprietary item is merely to convey the target performance desired by the Sheriff’s Office. It is not the intention of the specifications within this document to eliminate any bidder; however, quoted items must equal or exceed stated specifications.
