Notification to begin mowing work operations on each cycle of this Agreement will be made at a minimum of ten (10) calendar days prior to the date scheduled for the cycle to begin. Begin fine turf mowing, trimming, and litter removal work operations on the date as specified in the letter of notification. The Contractor is considered to be in compliance with this requirement when tractors equipped with mowing attachments are performing work operations on the job site. Carry out all fine turf mowing, trimming, and litter removal work operations to the satisfaction of the City of Hopkinsville and complete the work within the number of days as specified on the Mowing Work Location Sheet. The City of Hopkinsville will grant a delay for each day Contractor cannot work due to rain or wet conditions that prevent mowing operations. The City of Hopkinsville will conduct a pre-construction meeting with the Contractor within one (1) week after the Contract has been awarded.
