Contractor Responsibilities: 3.2.2 At its own expense, furnishes, install, maintain and operate, vending services. 3.2.3 Hold title to all vending machines and all other auxiliary equipment installed. 3.2.4 Service merchandise and maintain equipment in a clean, sanitary and good mechanical condition at contractor’s expense. 3.2.5 Maintain all vending machines, furnished and installed, in accordance with the minimum practices established by of all local, state, federal codes and regulations. 3.2.6 Failure to keep the machines in good repair or meet the minimum health requirements will, at the election of the University’s representative, result in the University having the machines removed or canceling the contract. 3.2.7 Repair equipment which is damaged or destroyed or lost because of the acts or omissions of the contractor’s employees or agents. 3.2.8 Reimburse customers who do not receive satisfactory products or their money back from a vending machine; a detailed refund procedure will be provided by the vending company (contractor). Any cost for providing this refund service shall be the responsibility of the vending contractor (contractor).
