The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, vehicles, equipment, tools, supplies, supervision, etc. to perform sweeping, pressure washing, hot water cleaning services as required in this contract. The work will minimally consist of: a. Initial cleaning to remove loose dirt/trash/debris and the pretreatment of area with ecofriendly concrete cleaner. b. Pre-pressure cleaning, blowing, sweeping, gum removal, and removal of all loose trash, animal droppings etc. c. Pre-Treat all floor areas; especially grease/oil spots with non-hazardous and ecofriendly degreasing chemicals. d. Pressure wash all garage surfaces with 2000 to 4000 psi, maintaining a minimum water temperature of 180 degrees Fahrenheit (Where temperatures sensitive fire sprinklers permit). e. Pressure cleaning of all horizontal areas within the garage, including the foyers, stairwells, rafters, beams, and landings, ensuring run-off does not enter the elevator bays. f. The cleaning of all vertical walls in the foyers, stairwells, glass, ceilings, pipes, and landings ensuring that any stains from run-off are cleaned. Care should be taken with any light fixtures, fire suppression and alarm equipment, exposed electrical wires or outlets, or any other exposed equipment. Any damage will be the responsibility of the awarded bidder. g. Graffiti/stickers/hand-posted signsremoval as determined in consultation with the Director of Parking Services or their designate. h. Protection and clean up must be provided for any glass, vehicles, etc in the vicinity of the power washing i. Wash off clearance and all other signs including overhead and wayfinding signs
