Scope 1. Proposals shall be for fixed time and material rates to provide mechanical services at various City facilities upon request for service. Repair and installation services under this contract include above and below ground: plumbing, drain cleaning, piping, welding, HVAC systems, and boiler systems. Services will be performed at both Commercial and Industrial properties.
