PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEOGRAPHY REQUIREMENTS: A. PORTRAITS/PICTURES: 1. Senior Portraits and Individual Pictures: a. Background poses and clothing will be selected by the student, parent and photographer. b. Seniors will receive color picture proofs from which to choose their final portrait selections. c. Seniors will be allowed to order extra photographs other than the designated packages. d. The company will provide the school with a minimum of two (2) color photographs of each student for yearbook and school records at no cost to the school. e. All pictures will be packaged by class or teacher and alphabetized for delivery. f. Each individual color picture package will be available to each student for purchase. Each campus Principal will make the final decision concerning the package(s) which will be offered at their respective campuses. g. Each faculty member will receive a complimentary, color individual package. 2. Class Group Pictures a. The company will provide the school with a minimum of one (1) class picture at no cost to the school. b. Each teacher will receive a complimentary package of their class. c. All pictures will be packaged by class or teacher and alphabetized for delivery. d. Photographers will furnish risers, background curtains, and name boards. B. SPECIAL EVENT PHOTOGRAPHY: Special events include, but are not limited to, band performances, choir performances, clubs, dance performances, dances (homecoming, prom, etc.). 1. Still photography of students with a camera which is not a video camera 2. Videography ofstudents using a video camera 3. Photo Booths and 360 Photo/Video Booths for students during special events C. ATHLETIC PORTRAITS/TEAM PICTURES 1. All individual athletic portraits and team pictures will be coordinated by the campus Principal or his/her designated sponsor/coach. 2. Each individual/group color picture package will be available to each student for purchase. Each campus Principal/coach will make the final decision concerning the package(s) which will be offered at their respective campuses. 3. The company will provide the school with a minimum of one (1) class picture at no cost to the school. 4. Each coach will receive a complimentary package of their team. 5. All pictures will be packaged by class orsport and alphabetized for delivery
