The contractor shall provide healthy marriage and responsible fatherhood initiative services for the Department of Social Services, Family Support Division, Child Support Program (hereinafter referred to as “state agency”) in accordance with the provisions and requirements stated herein and to the sole satisfaction of the state agency. The contractor shall provide services in Region 2 (St. Louis) identified on Attachment 1, as specified in the Notice of Award issued by the Division of Purchasing, on an as needed, if needed basis. The contractor shall provide a facility in Region 2 (St. Louis) that is appropriate in size and design to accommodate the contractor’s personnel, the participants, the participants’ children, and program activities. The contractor shall ensure that the facility and all equipment therein meet the local fire, health, and safety standards and comply with American with Disabilities Act (ADA) standards.
