This specification outlines the requirements for expanding the capacity of the existing Reverse Osmosis (RO) system at the Spencer Generating Station located at 1701 A Spencer Road, Denton, TX 76205. The goal of this project is to increase the permeate flow of the current RO system from a range of 10-14 gallons per minute (gpm) to a range of 20-28 gpm. Equipment: • Furnish Support brackets (powder coated carbon steel) for mounting additional vessels in parallel to existing vessels • Furnish six (6) 4” CodeLine Model 40E60 vessels to match existing. • Furnish twenty-four (24) membranes to match existing membranes. • Furnish one (1) 316LSS piping header for discharge of existing pump to feed existing membranes AND proposed membranes. • Furnish one (1) 316LSS piping header for interstage piping of proposed membranes from 1st pass RO to 2nd pass RO • Furnish pressure gauges (as required) to measure proposed membrane pressures. • Furnish mechanical flowmeters (as required) to measure final RO product, concentration and recycle flows. • Furnish PVC piping header (as required) to combine permeate flow from proposed membranes to existing membranes and to common product effluent piping...
