The work includes the lump sum construction of combined maintenance facility south roof replacement and includes all work required to meet the plans and specification for the project and at a minimum includes: removal of ballast, removal of existing roof membrane, free standing compression fit safety rail system with 2’ ingress/egress landing zone & self-closing gate, rigid insulation to accommodate roof drainage and meet minimum R35 on existing metal deck w/ sloped structure, existing polyisocyanurate thermal insulation to remain where in good condition, EPDM membrane roofing on 1/2" protection board, reinstallation of existing roof drain, extend drain as required, new overflow scuppers, and new parapet, all in accordance with Plans and Specifications.
