Development of a New Case Management System with Ongoing Support • At a minimum, the following key functionalities should be included the response: o Case tracking and management. o Exhibit portal for secure uploading and sharing. o Integration of document generation and electronic service (eService). o User-friendly web interface with accessibility compliance. o Role-based access control. o Reporting and analytics tools. o Integration with external systems such as document management or case filing systems as required. o Scalability to handle increasing caseloads and users. o Flexibility for various and emerging case types. • At a minimum, the following development and support requirements should be included in the response: o Proposed methodologies for system development. o Hosting solutions with robust data security measures. o Capabilities for providing ongoing support, updates, and enhancements. o Availability of an ongoing, Test/Alpha environment which would be used for troubleshooting, integration, and regression testing. o Ability to access a sandbox instance of the system that would allow DOAH staff to review the system over a one-month period (after any requested demonstrations), if required by DOAH. o Comprehensive training and support services for DOAH personnel. o Description of system backup, redundancy, and disaster recovery capabilities.
